Check out this spider diagram which (hopefully) gives you a snapshot of how I deal with depression day-to-day. People deal with depression in different ways but maybe this will give you some ideas.

A few select books on mental health I've read over the years that have really helped me to get a little more understanding of mental health, tools to handle it and helps you realise you're not alone!

You're not going to solve depression over night but every brick in the wall gets you closer to managing and eventually thriving alongside your depression. Look at these things you can do now.
